Carpenter or concrete builder for house construction and maintenance

CRInvest ApS is a growing company managing several residential properties in the southern region of Denmark. We are currently looking for a skilled Carpenter or Concrete Builder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong construction background who enjoys working independently based on provided drawings and instructions. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **House Maintenance:** Perform regular upkeep and repairs on existing properties, including tasks related to tiling, wood façade repairs, and general groundskeeping.

- **New Construction Projects:** Involvement in the construction of new housing projects, including tasks related to concrete work, carpentry, tiling, and façade screed.

- **Project Planning & Execution:** Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to plan and execute construction projects. You will have a significant say in planning your tasks and organizing your workflow.

- **Multi-disciplinary Work:** Handle a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, from woodwork and carpentry to concrete building and exterior finishes.

### **Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a carpenter or concrete builder, with a solid understanding of construction principles and building techniques.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, interpreting and following construction drawings and instructions.

- Experience with tiling, carpentry, façade work, and concrete construction.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges on-site.

- Ability to collaborate with subcontractors and other team members for project success.

### **Requirements:**

- Valid EU work visa and legal permission to work in Denmark.

- EU driver’s license and the ability to travel to different work sites.

- Flexibility in work schedules; willingness to work in both short-term and long-term projects.
