We have several flexible vacancies for experienced Care Assistants to work with nursing home and residential clients in Epsom, Sutton, Leatherhead, Barnstead and surrounding areas through our friendly The Caring Role Working as a Nursing Home Care Assistant means you will be involved in ensuring each resident receives an excellent standard of care that meets their personal care plan. It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan. Personal care could include: dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose. You could work with people with additional needs such as learning or physical disabilities or mental health conditions such as dementia so a caring approach is essential. Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable.
