Job description
Duties & Responsabilities : As the HR Business Partner for WireSolutions organisation, your responsibilities will encompass four key categories:
Performance Management and Talent Development:
• Implement and manage the eGEDP (Global Employee Development Program) process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with WireSolutions leaders to identify performance gaps and provide solutions for improvement.
• Drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and career progression.
• Implement succession management by identifying and grooming top talent within the WireSolutions teams.
• administering compensation and bonus programs to reward high-performing employees
• Be the Thrive champion for WireSolutions scope and take opportunities to develop talents through that tool.
Recruitment, Workforce Planning and Transformation:
• Provide support to WireSolutions CEO and its management committee for all HR aspects of transformation through ad hoc reporting and analysis of HR-related data on demand,
• Coordinate with WireSolutions management committees the HR transformation related actions, including business unit lean organization, and communication,
• Partner with WireSolutions leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
• Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Analyse trends and metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance and support on international expatriate assignments and related HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Analysis of Employee Engagement surveys (SpeakUp!) and propose action plans to improve engagement levels
• Assist and support the WireSolutions management in social relations, aligned with the management mandate.
Digital and Compliance:
• Coordinate the ESG HR reporting among all the WireSolutions entities and focus on Data Quality and on – time and accurate ESG HR reporting delivery
• Drive HR digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of digital tools
• Utilize OneHRIS systems (such as SAP reporting and eGEDP) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Collaborate with the HR segment team and group to develop HR policies and programs that align with business objectives.
• Maintain the quality of employee data belonging to WireSolutions and ensure its integrity within HR systems.
Education : • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Skills & Specifications : • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is a plus
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with experience in social relations
• Knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations in multiple European countries
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and digital tools
Work experience requirements : Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with experience in social relations
Langages : Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
