Your mission: Our IT Quality Assurance Team is growing and developing several services to increase the delivery quality of the products developed by our project teams. The testing services we are providing are composed of different areas : Strategy & Governance, Functional, Automation and Performance.

In that context, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software products delivered by our IT department. This includes managing the overall testing process across multiple projects within the IT department, including defining testing strategies, ensuring the application of testing services, and advising and supporting teams to deliver high-quality tools by providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and tools. Additionally, you will oversee testers and test activities, both locally and abroad, coordinating resources effectively to achieve project objectives.  

Be a part of our team where you will:  

    Define and refine the global testing strategy for the IT department, aligning with organizational goals and objectives;

    Manage and allocate testing resources and testing services efficiently across projects and teams, balancing workload and skillsets to ensure optimal productivity and quality;

    Oversee the implementation of quality assurance practices, including test planning, execution, and reporting, to maintain high standards of software quality across all projects within the IT department;

    Provide guidance, up-to-date documentation and support to teams on testing best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products;

    Research, evaluate, and implement new testing services such as Test Automation and Test Performance to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness;
