€55,000 – 57,000 base with 100% OTE

This is an excellent opportunity to join this market leader and further drive their dominance in the market. We are hiring a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of achieving on new business growth and further developing existing business within a Facilities, Security or Construction related industry.

Your role will involve, Building your network within the organisation to make use of internal networks to develop leads and leverage strong existing relationships, You will keep your self up to date with new projects and industry update to ensure no new business opportunity is missed, you will develop tenders for renewals business and build relationships with new business and track on CRM for new tender processes. Track pipeline on the CRM and ensure sales processes are efficient.

It is essential you already have worked in one of the industries mentioned above with a track record of success in external Sales of no less than 5 years. You must have a relevant 3rd level qualification or relative experience with a full clean drivers license and live in commuting distance to Cork, Limerick or Dublin.
