We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Hilton Dublin Kilmainham

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director the objective is to drive and enhance the hotel’s international group sales. This involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key international clients, and developing strategic sales plans to attract and retain group bookings from overseas markets.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

    Third level qualification

    Strong understanding of international markets and trends in tourism and hospitality.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibility:

    Develop and implement strategic plans to drive international group sales.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with international travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

    Represent the hotel at international trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global market.
