1. Work Experience:

   - Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the cosmetics industry

   - Experience in building beauty companies from the ground up

   - Proven success in developing and managing cosmetic clinics or centers

   - Current practical experience as a cosmetologist with a portfolio of successful treatments

2. Professional Skills:

   - Ability to demonstrate and perform advanced cosmetic treatments

   - In-depth knowledge of cosmetology, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments

   - Experience in developing own cosmetic products and brands

   - Ability to collaborate with chemists, technologists, and marketing experts

   - Proven expertise in training and mentoring cosmetologists

   - Strong skills in sales, marketing, and customer service

3. Education and Qualifications:

   - Basic medical education, preferably with specialization in relevant areas

   - Extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and their applications

   - Experience in conducting and developing online courses in cosmetology

   - Proven skills in business management and financial management

   - In-depth knowledge of anatomy, demonstrated through special courses and work with cadavers

   - Experience participating in international training programs of various cosmetic brands

4. Additional Qualifications:

   - Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, medicine)

   - Certifications in specialized treatment methods (e.g., thread lifting, dermaroller techniques)

   - Knowledge in developing and implementing anti-aging programs

   - Experience in organizing and participating in professional conferences

   - Proven success in developing and marketing own cosmetic brands

5. Personal Qualities:

   - Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking

   - High capacity for innovation and trend awareness

   - Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Language Skills:

   - Fluent in English

   - Very good knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian
