Minimum Experience Required: 1 - 2 Years in a similar role.

Excellent in reading, writing, speaking English.

Strong understanding of international and national corporate law, human rights legislation, and their impact on businesses.

Ensure proper application of the law.

Proficient in corporate rights and legal terminology.

Job Description & Skills Required

The Business & Corporate Rights Consultant will advise our diverse client base, including businesses, individuals, and law firms. With proficiency in researching and interpreting corporate rights laws and regulations, the consultant will ensure compliance, mitigate legal risks and promote sustainable business practices.

Roles and Responsibility

Draft contracts and reports.

Consult on contract disputes.

Ensure clients comply with domestic and international corporate law.

Advise clients on their evolving business and legal needs and long-term sustainable goals.

Keep an up-to-date view of best practices in corporate sustainability and apply them where relevant.

Consult business clients on compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Analyse internal factors of the company.

Update the firm on latest developments in corporate law and ancillary rules and regulations.

Negotiate in legal cases.

Efficient in business, corporate and human rights research.

Observe confidentiality.  

Work with all the departments in harmony, collaborate with team members and seniors in the firm.

Use technical communication skills.

All other ad hoc duties related to the preparation of legal documents, case files, and other duties as needed.
