Business and Safety coordinator. Mid-East. Irlanda

Business and Safety Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing a range of clinic-related activities, including maintenance, management, health and safety measurement.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure workstation is properly equipped and maintained

Process invoices and maintain financial records related to facility services

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects, timelines and objectives are met

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards

Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures

Provide technical consulting for a variety of health, safety, and emergency issues.

Responsible for all equipment (working condition, maintenance…).

Ensure a constant clinical co-vigilance (medical and laboratory devices)

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, HR or Business Administration.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position or related qualifications in health - related science.

Experience in health and safety (H&S), environmental procedures, and continuous improvement practices.

Proficient in using facility management and financial software and tools

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices

Ability to speak a second language is an asset

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Experience in a laboratory environment and medical devices is required (Thorough knowledge of medical terminology).
