Description:

We are looking for an experienced barista-bartender for our specialty coffee and cocktail/wine bar with a strong multi-tasking skills and an applicable knowledge of the process combination.

• The candidate has to be technically savvy in order to use professional coffee equipment (la Marzocco espresso machine, Uber Milk system, Mahlkonig grinders), as well as perform daily cleaning and maintenance.

• The candidate has to present different coffee origins and processing types as well as the selection of natural wine to the customers.

• The employee must be able to prepare simple dishes (salads, raw vegetables, cheese, desserts, etc.), dress dishes, serve them on a plate, prepare cocktail recipes with or without alcohol, create cocktails and coffee drinks, compose cocktails at the request of the client.

• Future employee is supposed to greet customers, serve them at the counter, in the room, on the terrace, proceed to the cashing of orders, clean tables and counters and carry out maintenance and cleaning of bar and restaurant equipment,wash the glassware, set up and tidy up the premises and the bar.

• Well developed communicative skills are highly appreciated.

Possible constraints related to the position:  Non-smoker candidate (no other bad habits), friendly and communicative, active and creative, a recent copy of the criminal record required.
