Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and organize the comprehensive set of banking policies, procedures, and related documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Process Mapping: Assist in mapping existing banking processes, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting workflows using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Workflow Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop efficient workflows that optimize banking operations and meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior business analysts, compliance teams, and operational units to gather input and feedback for policy updates and process improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes and procedures adhere to industry regulations and company standards, making updates as necessary to stay compliant with evolving requirements.
Process Improvement: Support the identification of process inefficiencies and propose recommendations for optimization, automation, or streamlining.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights on process efficiency, policy compliance, and other relevant metrics as required.
Support to the implementation of workflow solutions;
Organizational analysis for adaptation to internal and external regulatory changes;
Études:
Métier / domaine de formation:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience or internships in banking, financial services, or business analysis is an advantage
Autres compétences:
From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Strong Knowledge of Banking Processes (e.g. Loans and credit lines management, perational management of corporate customers, Stock-Treasury-Derivatives
Experience in the development and review of policies and procedures (strong asset) related to Banking porocesses;
Ability to map processes and create clear, concise documentation.
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
Knowledge of PowerBI would be a plus;
Knowledge of the banking governance (desirable);
Familiarity with designing and proposing organizational improvements;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
English and Italian are mandatory;.
Knowledge of banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in workflow design and business process management.
