Your team

The Pictet Group is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers. Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

You will join the Cash Transfers - Lux team.

Your role

  *  Invoice, process and/or validate payment orders: Systems such as Target, SEPA (SCT/SDD), cash correspondent network.

  *  All customer categories (PWM, PAS FRONT, FPS, PAM PAI).

  *  All currencies.

  *  All BPAG entities (7 Business Units).

  *  Incoming SWIFT MT/MX (cat 1 & 2) and SEPA (Pacs.00x & Camt.0xx) messages.

  *  R-Transactions.

  *  Account to account, CUM file injections, charge processing.

  *  Ensure proper accounting of incoming funds received via SWIFT FIN, SEPA, TARGET and BACS for our customers.

  *  Reconcile suspense items and follow up investigation files.

  *  Analyze and invoice reversals.

  *  Maintain contact with correspondent banks.

  *  Invoice, process and validate transactions for all BPAG entities.

  *  Perform first-level processing of Fircosoft hits.

  *  Process cheque cashing and issue requests.

  *  Manage standing orders (creation, validation, closure).

  *  Process SWIFT FreeText eT Broadcast messages.

  *  Enter, correct, verify and authorize SWIFT messages in the AMH system.

  *  Participate in testing periods on various banking tools during releases or for various projects linked to payment traffic.

Your profile

Education:

  *  Minimum bac +2 or equivalent in Economics.

Experience:

  *  5 years of experience minimum in a “Custodian Bank / Custody” department.

Technical skills:

  *  Knowledge of back-office transfers.

  *  Knowledge of IT tools: Avaloq / AMH-Swift / Fircosoft / Jira / Lotus: suspense tracking / Idoc, AvaloqOrderList Loader / Luxis / AMH.

  *  Knowledge of MS Office software.

  *  Knowledge of SEPA, TARGET and BACS payment systems.

Soft skills:

  *  Ability to learn, curiosity and analytical skills.

  *  Respect for deadlines.

  *  Team spirit and empathy.

  *  Discretion and confidentiality.

Language:

  *  Fluent in French

  *  Good knowledge in English
