Elysium Healthcare has a network of 22 sites strategically placed across England and Wales. The Spinney, Atherton, is a 90-bed unit spanning over 7 wards, specialising in medium and low secure services for men over the age of 18 with mental illness or personality disorder. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support within the administration departments at site. Assisting with specific nominated tasks ensuring that they are compliant with all Elysium Healthcare policies and guidelines. To ensure that their nominated tasks are completed on time and that any other assigned duties are completed when required. Hours are not guaranteed, and you would be contacted as and when shifts were available. Hourly rate£8.23 per hour OurBank Administrator roleinvolves: * Undertake tasks requested that are commensurate with the post holder’s level of responsibility. * Comply with the guidelines laid down regarding confidentiality, disclosure of information and Data Protection. To maintain as confidential at all times information relating to patients, staff and hospital business. * To cover Reception as and when required. * Participate in the Company’s appraisal process. * Maintain mandatory and professional development requirements. * To attend meetings relevant to the department, and internal / external training events as and when required. * To take personal responsibility for ensuring the work practices and the environment meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work legislation and report all deficits to management. * Undertake any other reasonable requests as made by your Line Manager. * To provide cover for colleagues within the department when they are absent and/or on annual leave. * To assist with enquiries from central and regional management and provide relevant information. * Be able to use an assortment of computer packages including Microsoft Office and CAREnotes. * Ensure that all staff have a full understanding of any administration department’s directives. * To collect the relevant information required for your role, this may include you visiting the ward areas to source this information. To be successful as a Bank Administrator, you’ll need: * Demonstrable experience of working within a similar setting essential * Experience of working within administration department essential * Experience of working within Mental Health Care desireable
