Are you newly qualified nurse looking to start your career in supportive, innovative and fast pacing environment? Or you may be experienced nurse looking to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of specialties such as maxillofacial, ear nose and throat including care of patients with tracheostomy? If you answered yes then please join us on Cedar Ward. You will have an opportunity to care for a wide range of acute surgical patients admitted from the emergency department. Cedar is the dedicated ENT/Max fax ward so admits post intensive care patients with tracheostomies providing you with the opportunity to work with a skilled ENT team We offer you: - Newly qualified nurses are automatically enrolled onto 12 months individually tailored preceptorship including 8 core study days and access to bespoke training package. - Opportunity to transfer after 9 months and rotate within other departments. - On-going learning and development including access to mentorship and leadership courses. - Clearly structured career pathway in preparation towards band 6. - On-going support from enthusiastic and innovative team and dedicated Clinical Practice Educator - Assistance with accommodation - Keep Fit scheme - Childcare vouchers and nursery - Working at The World renowned Trust graded Good by CQC with Outstanding for Nursing Leadership.
