Run shifts and ensure smooth operations of the restaurant.

Lead and inspire a team of 5 to 10 staff members during each shift.

Train and develop team members, ensuring high standards of service.

Uphold strict attention to detail and maintain high standards of excellence.

Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Be proficient in service techniques and maintain technical proficiency.

Have in-depth knowledge and passion for food, wines, and cocktail making.

Supervise and maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with management to improve overall restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Minimum annual remuneration €34000 per year.

Location of employment: Courtown Road, Gorey, Co Wexford, Y25 DK23 Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
