They are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and operational excellence, ensuring a remarkable experience for both guests and employees. As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to join their finance team.
Job Summary:
As the Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a key role within the finance department, supporting the Head of Accounting in managing day-to-day financial operations.
You will assist with various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization. With your keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, you will ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records. Additionally, you will work closely with international and foreign administrations, adding a global dimension to your role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying purchase and sales invoices.
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Assisting with monthly closings and preparing financial reports.
- Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and audit processes.
- Performing bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
- Managing and archiving financial documentation.
- Handling tax-related administration, including preparing VAT returns.
- Assisting with CBS filings.
- Managing and processing financial transactions and reports related to international and foreign administrations.
- Providing support for ad-hoc administrative tasks within the finance department.
Who You Are:
You are at the start of your career, eager to acquire a wealth of knowledge in a short time, allowing you to quickly take on new tasks and continually broaden your skill set.
- Education: Minimum of a completed MBO education in a financial field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar administrative role.
