MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•    Sales & Marketing qualifications

•    Previous experience as an Assistant to Sales & Marketing Manager in a 4* English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel with bar & restaurant, banqueting and conference facilities

•    Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills

•    Sound knowledge of all aspects of Sales & Marketing as they relate to the hotel industry.

•    Good understanding of all Social Media Channels.

•    Ideally the candidate should have a sound knowledge of the local corporate market
