At our location in Opfikon we are looking for you as a new member of our Application Management Team, which is represented locally as well as in FRA and MUC.

- Operation, optimization and further development as well as technical and professional user consulting, with a focus on our planning systems

- Fulfillment of internal IT Service Management roles for the incident, change, problem and supplier / service level management processes

- Independent management and coordination of internal and external providers

- Content testing and monitoring of tests in the user departments

- Coordination, control and release as well as rollout of new functions

- Responsibility for creating and updating technical documentation

- Participation in the team in administrative and organizational activities of the department

Ihr Profil:

- Completed studies in computer ccience, business informatics or relevant training and professional experience, knowledge and skills to be equally valued for the task

- Experience with scripting languages, web, API and interface technologies desirable.

- Experience in the area of planning systems and ITSM desirable

- Structured, goal-oriented and precise way of working

- Analytical and conceptual skills

- Business fluent in German and English

- Ability to work in a team and service orientation
