As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data driven decision making when it comes to people.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and HR practices.

We are looking for 1 HR Analytics Specialist (all genders) Location: Wien

Working hours: Full-time

Your Tasks

- Analyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the business

- Partnering with various stakeholders to identify key questions where data driven decision making could bring the biggest value

- Developing predictive models to identify future outlooks

- Developing and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Your Background

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field

- Experience in HR analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

- Relevant experience in data analysis; programming skills in Python or SQL

- Understanding of HR practices and processes

- Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with regression, correlation, and predictive analytics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 43.554,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
