Analyst for our Advisory & Consulting Growth department (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Deloitte « Advisory & Consulting Growth Team » coordinates and actively executes all initiatives that enable our Service Line Leaders to achieve their strategic and business objectives.

With the fast development of our activities, we are looking for an analyst whose main responsibility will be to actively support the business by managing and coordinating the sales activities for various services and products.

We're looking for a highly organized, rigorous, independent & pro-active person to join our current dynamic team!

Your next challenge

    Translating business goals into concrete marketing initiatives

    Coordinating projects and initiatives from A to Z, an advisor approach and a proactive mind-set with internal stakeholders

    Providing direct support to the service line leader in preparing and following up on marketing campaign plans

    Assisting with, creating and monitoring go-to-market tasks

    Preparing financial reports – carrying out a regular and structured reporting, as well as Market and Competitors Watch

    Supporting business by targeting clients and monitoring the progress of the various sectors' ambition plans and strategies

    Inspiring colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge – being an added value for the team

Your skills

    Hold a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business administration

    Highly organized, rigorous, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide systematic / regular status updates

    Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail, thriving in a dynamic environment

    Strong capacities to build trusted business relationships, being tactful, and possessing a strong client-oriented mind-set

    Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (Excel, PowerPoint)

    Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines

    Affinity with digital marketing and good ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online

    Fluent in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills

    Ambitious and driven, with a focus on achieving self and team KPIs

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
