RaiseMyFunds is Hiring an Affiliate Manager (Retention)
Join RaiseMyFunds to engage and nurture our affiliates in the world of proprietary trading firms!
RaiseMyFunds is a prop firm that helps traders achieve performance by providing capital and an
optimal trading environment. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager (Retention) to maintain strong
relationships with our affiliates and maximize their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
. Manage and retain existing affiliates by providing tailored support based on their needs.
. Analyse affiliate performance and provide recommendations to maximize results.
. Provide personalised and responsive support to meet affiliate needs.
. Collaborate with affiliates to increase their engagement with the platform.
. Identify opportunities to improve the affiliate program based on industry trends.
. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Requirements
. Experience in affiliate management or client relations, ideally within the trading or prop firm
industry.
. Analytical skills to interpret affiliate performance and recommend actions.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
. Proficiency in English is a major advantage.
Training provided
Onboarding to the team and the company.
Each manager is responsible for training the new recruit within their respective team. The training will
be based on the recruit's job description as well as an introduction to the world of trading.

Salary
A competitive salary range of ?21,600 to ?24,000 gross fixed annually, depending on your experience.
In addition to the fixed salary, you'll also receive a percentage of the net deposit.
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Flexible work options, including opportunities for remote or hybrid work.
How will the interviews be held
The first interview will be conducted online, and if successful, the second interview will take place
online with the manager responsible for the respective position.
