**Job description**

Main tasks (with indication of quality and quantity targets, as well as deadlines) :

* Responsible for establishing all custom and transport documents (Invoices, Delivery notes, Packing lists, shipping orders, export declaration, Carnet ATA's...)

* Responsible for shipping material all around the world and follow up

* Support the team for tasks related to shipping administrative documents

* Staff, financial and material responsibilities (with indication of quality and quantity targets as well as deadlines

* Establishing all documents needed in accordance with corresponding law.

* Meet preparation and delivery deadlines
