General Position Summary: The Account Services Representative (ASR) is positioned in the center of the Life Of the Order process for a defined geographical Area and Accounts (EMEA). Focused on enabling & executing the ordering process, the ASR also has a cross-functional responsibility within the Account Operations team, with a focus on the Planning team for preseaonal work and with Account Logistics Representative for season readiness execution. The ASR is a key partner with the Sales organization as well as the distributors. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: The Account Services Representative is responsible all type of orders based on a seasonal calendar and execution. The ASR understands supports and executes necessary steps for all Life Of the Orders process for the good seasonal execution of the orders and gives support on problem resolution. This includes, and not exhaustively: Ensure samples orders acceptance and completion Manage the order acceptance: accept orders according to sales order deadline defined with planning. Engage distributors to hit sales orders deadline and provide the necessary visibility internally, to the distributors and Sales team on the order intake process. Collect & analyse orders vs projections in partnership with Planning. The audit process: provide right level of audit to assess any order deviation. Make sure the order can enter buy process on time Orders vs forecast: audit orders received vs forecast. Seek for information if any discrepancy to provide visibility to planning. The fulfillment support to be executed according to policy and planning guidance. Process Order invoicing according to defined procedures Ensure financial month end closure as per defined calendar Reporting: provide to the Distributors and Sales on order status, fulfillment and any other report request. Collaborate with the operations partners (planning team members and Account Logistics Representatives) on strategic topics, especially if any significant deviation. Organise and actively participate into calls & meetings internally and externally around Accounts pre-seasonal preparation Analyze the execution performance of the past ordering season and initiate action plan for process improvement. The ASR has clear understanding of Columbia and Accounts Order Lifecycle process and has the ability to understand processes and execute them. Other functions: Participate in various Company, Department and Information Services projects as assigned. Consider and act with team cohesion Coordination of the requirements around seasonal lifecycles Collaborate with Account Services Manager and other team members as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Specific Job Skills: Fluent in English: Spoken and written. Russian would be an asset (daily contact with Russian speaking interlocutors) Analytics: Analyzes and summarizes Ordering process key steps: order acceptance, fulfillment and invoicing Interpersonal skills: Clear and concise business communication; comfortable interacting with business partners, sales reps and management team Demonstrates proactive and positive behavior at all times O
