Account Executive. Irlanda

We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Executive to join a well established FMCG in Monaghan.

The Account Executive will support the Account Director in the management of assigned customer accounts and contribute to the development of new business.

Full time, permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

Build positive relationships with all accounts and contribute to good account management by driving solutions of day to day customer issues

Review of forecasted demand plan and stock availability to maintain customer service level and manage stock movements

Following up on all customer claims and ensuring timely payment of all invoices and issuing of credit notes

Monitor and co-ordinate customer satisfaction and complaints

General sales administration

Prepare presentations and collect market data including both desk and field market research

Proactively assist with NPD processes

Prepare monthly/weekly reports for the sales team

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role demonstrating above capabilities

Knowledge of FMCG / QSR sector an advantage

Experience in supply chain management an advantage

Knowledge of reporting tools and data management applications an advantage

Full competency required in all MS office applications

Ability to review and analyse data and prepare reports

Demonstrated passion for the food industry

Travel as required within the UK & EU

Full drivers’ licence
