Job description:

You will be responsible for supporting the account team in the day-to-day management and execution of B2B marketing communications activities for one of the agency¿s leading clients, under the leadership of the Account Director. Working closely with clients and the account team, you will be expected to support and drive multiple projects with minimum supervision and deliver consistent high-quality work in a timely manner.

As Account Executive, your role will include:


  • Content copywriting in English tailored to a diverse range of audiences and communications channels, from product literature to videos, infographics, websites, social media and employee communications.
  • Support and coordination of creative projects working with account and creative teams for the design and production of print and digital marketing materials.
  • Support and coordination of business and media events, working closely with client, creative teams and external suppliers.
  • Support account team in developing strong relationships with target media in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. Execute media relations initiatives, including news pitching, drafting news releases and other media materials, and actively identify media opportunities. 
  • Planning and executing client activities in a timely and proactive manner under the direction of your line manager. Building client relationships and consistently deliver client service excellence.
  • Contribute to new ideas generation, brainstorms and new business initiatives.
  • Active networking and involvement in agency initiatives including furthering our goals of diversity and inclusion.
  • Integrating yourself in the in-house strategic and creative processes, making your voice heard.

  • You have a Master's degree in PR/communications, digital communications, or a related discipline.
  • You are a passionate communicator with 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in B2B PR/Communications, ideally in an agency environment and with an international background.
  • Previous experience in the chemical and plastics industry would be considered an advantage.
  • You are English native speaker. Additional languages would be a strong asset.
  • You have excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English, able to translate technical language into compelling stories.
  • You have a good understanding of public relations concepts and media relations and have experience in dealing with media.
  • You understand digital marketing and social media and have experience in supporting the execution of digital and social media strategies.
  • You have experience in supporting events such as trade shows, business events, conferences, workshops, webinars.
  • You have strong project management skills, can effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • You have a commercial mindset and interest in business development.
  • You can work well with others in both team and independent environments. You are a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion.
