Your tasks and responsabilities

  •  Represent the company towards the customer and act as the primary contact for your own customer accounts
  •  Develop and maintain business relationships with your dedicated B2B customer base and nurture these connections into strong, long term partnerships
  • Work closely together with different departments, such as sales, finance, shipping locations and international stakeholders to give the best possible service to the customers
  • Manage order fulfillment from receipt to shipment, including entering, scheduling and confirming of orders
  • Monitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with yhe production locations in Asia, USA and Europe
  • Follow up & follow through on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products and services and ensure customer requirements are met consistently
  •  Partner with Sales to onboard new customers and maintain accuracy of customer data
  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales team members, sharing information and best practices and support each other to achieve team goals
  • Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes

Your working conditions

  • an initial 8-month contract with a view to a permanent contract
  • salary between €2750 and €3500 gross
  • 25 vacation days which will build up to 27 days
  • hybrid work environment - 3 days at the office and 2 days home office per week

You have what it takes to build strong relationships, coordinate day-to-day tasks with your dedicated customer accounts and thrive in a supportive and international environment.

Your qualifications

  • min. bachelor degree (bac +3)
  • first experience within an international customer relations environment is a plus

Your linguistic skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English (min C1) and proficiency in French or German (min B2)

Your IT skills

  •  Knowledge of SAP/CRM systems is an advantage

  • Great communication and intercultural skills
  • Proactive self-starter and independent thinker
