And can you see yourself as a part of a small, agile sales team at an ambitious family business supplying the metal industry globally?

 

About the job:

The job is an inside sales role, based at our office in Ballerup, Denmark. A typical day includes handling incoming enquiries, recommending solutions, meeting booking and telephone sales.

We realise the importance of getting face-to-face with the customers – so for that reason you will also have the opportunity to do 1-3 days of physical customer visits in Sweden/month. (our typical end-user customers are welding & metal manufacturers)

One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure that the Swedish enduser accounts perform, related to their individual account targets. You will use a smart target tracker system that we have developed in-house, together with our CRM.

Another key part of the role is working closely with our external salesperson, helping to secure appointments for their days on the road in Sweden.

You will get direct support from our sales manager and the rest of the team. We currently have one person doing this role for both Denmark and Sweden, and the plan is to split the role, with the current person continuing with Denmark, while the new role takes care of Sweden.

We will provide all necessary training in product knowledge and sales best practices. Cougartron sales training is founded in the Sandler principles.

The role is a full-time job, based at our offices at Brydehusvej 23, Ballerup. We are looking for an applicant who is either based in Denmark, or willing to travel from Sweden daily.
