We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment on their own initiative . The candidate will Provide operation support by owning and managing the daily activities of the warehouse in a manner which delivers the best-in-class service to our customers. The warehouse is responsible for country-wide e-commerce deliveries to both private and semi state sectors.

This role requires the candidate to operate independently and maintain the operation with little intervention .

Organize the daily activities of the warehouse in order to meet the highest level of customer service and required service levels

Report out daily, weekly and monthly performance as required

Ensure participation in the Operational, Safety, Quality, Training, and other cross-functional meetings as required

Manage and maintain the Company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations

Manage and control perpetual inventory counting/inventory accuracy checks. Perform cycle stock checks. Provide routine management information on inventory data. Achieve 100% inventory record accuracy.

Ensure that goods inward/stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support distribution and the goals of the business

Liase with customer services team on a daily basis

There will be manual handling requirements involved in this role

In addition to the above you are required to carry out any other duties that are reasonably requested by your line manager

You must be available to work throughout the week for shifts as required by the business

4 years minimum Stock Cntroller experience required

People management experience and a demonstrable track record of training of warehouse staff

Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
