Senior Officer. Dublin. Irlanda

In this role of Senior Officer in Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of visa processing and customer service. Your duties will include scrutinising and collecting visa applications, addressing customer inquiries via email, telephone, or in person, and handling cash transactions if assigned. Additionally, you'll be tasked with recording and maintaining accurate application data, staying updated on visa regulations and fees, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and security policies. You'll also play a key role in managing passport delivery logistics and adhering to service level agreements. Furthermore, you'll assist in driving Value Added Services sales, meeting turnaround time targets, and minimising internal errors. Moreover, you'll contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, implementing innovative procedures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Additionally, you'll support staff training initiatives, monitor process certifications, and ensure effective security measures are in place. Your role will also involve promoting environmental sustainability and providing assistance to other business functions as needed.

Key Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Strong organisational and time management skills

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30, 39 hours per week.
