We are seeking to identify high-potential individuals to deliver exceptional client services and enable the continued growth of our practice.
Your key responsibilities
As part of the Luxembourg “Professional of the Financial Sector” (PFS) team and Business Tax Services department, you will provide Operational and Regulatory services to our clients by applying our multidisciplinary approach.
You will advise on business process design and outsourcing, implement operational and tax processes, assist in becoming compliant with regulations for leading financial institutions, insurance companies as well as private equity and real estate entities.
You will contribute on projects such as, without being exhaustive: business process improvement, automatic exchange of information implementation and execution, customer tax reporting preparation, electronic tax form validations, large data processing, tax reclaim and/or relief at source preparation. Ultimately, large part of the work relates to efficiency improvement on processes that are highly important for our clients, their customers, and our global community.
Your tasks will include process design, automation, organizational set-up for the processing of large volume of data, collection of data, analysis and set-up of production and control processes, operational training, project management and interactions with clients.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have
Master's degree in management, tax, engineering, finance or economics
3 to 5 years' experience in a tax department with a focus on operational taxes, withholding tax reclaims, tax reporting, FATCA, CRS and/or QI
Fluency in English. knowledge of French and/or German is considered as an asset
Highly process driven, ability to communicate effectively and a team-player mindset
Organisation, flexibility and ability to manage several files with solid analytical skills
