We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time Vietnamese Kitchen Chef to join our dynamic team. As the heart of our kitchen, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing our menu offerings with precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of Vietnamese culinary traditions along with Traditional Irish Cusine.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Vietnamese dishes, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and presentation meet our high standards

Develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while staying true to traditional Vietnamese flavours

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold consistency and excellence in food preparation

Collaborate with management to develop specials, promotions, and events to showcase Vietnamese cuisine and attract new customers

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Vietnamese cuisine, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles

Strong culinary creativity and the ability to innovate while respecting traditional recipes

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a dedication to culinary excellence

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
