Interested in joining the most exciting kitchen in Sligo Town, we require

an experienced senior Chef De Partie to join our team to assist us in serving top quality cuisine to our clientele.

Working with our Executive Head Chef Marc Gabbidon, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to improve their culinary and kitchen management skills in a renowned Sligo business.

This role is fast paced and exciting so the successful chef must have

proven experience in a busy kitchen.

Delivering high volume, top quality cuisine in our numerous food service outlets in line with company standards will be the key to this role.

The ideal candidate:

Min 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen

at a minimum Senior Chef de Partie role

Extensive knowledge of food handling and preparation styles

Thorough knowledge of HACCP Standards and procedures

Reporting to the General Management Team

Maintain and develop high standards of service and consistency within the

kitchen

Be able to adapt in the preparation of menu items with a strong attention to detail

Assist in regular stocktaking & ordering as & if necessary in conjunction with the Head Chef & Purchasing Manager

Be creative, dynamic and energetic

Be up to date with the latest menu and cooking trends

Be passionate in what you do and be able to share the passion amongst your colleagues

Committed, punctual and well groomed

Be a team player

Willing to learn

Fluent in English and a passion for great food is a must

College training is an advantage

Be highly motivated and flexible
