Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Insurance Business:

• Ensure that at any time a proper service is provided to the insurance companies (e.g. timely reaction on requests)

• Act as Point of Contact for the insurance companies (interface between BJBE and insurance company) regarding any technical or administrative issue and request (e.g. change of SWIFT set-up, introduction of new forms, etc.)

• Perform the regular periodic review of the insurance companies (e.g. including screening, etc.)

• Ensure efficient and prompt handling of orders, trades, transactions, payments etc. received from the Insurance companies, e.g. process payments received by the Insurance company, including the necessary checks (e.g. signature check, account balance)

• Ensure that the relationship with the insurance companies (and any updates) is properly reflected in the core system of BJBE (e.g. maintenance and update of authorized signatories, including respective KYC)

• Maintain and update the records and documentation (e.g. request missing or outdated documentation)

• Monitor and handle overdrafts in close alignment with insurance company

Other Front Office related support tasks:

• Support the Front (RMs / RMAs) in other areas not directly linked to the insurance business of BJBE (e.g. account opening, overdraft checks, etc.)

• Come up with ideas to streamline Front Office processes to increase efficiency

General:

• Ensure always adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.

• Liaise with other RM-Teams, Operations & IT
