We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Business Consultant to join our team. The ICT Business Consultant will play a critical role in advising our clients on technology strategies and solutions to drive their business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative ICT strategies to enhance their competitiveness and efficiency, also foreign customers.

Main responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of clients' business processes, systems, and objectives to identify opportunities for leveraging ICT solutions.

Develop comprehensive ICT strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business goals and industry best practices.

Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of ICT areas, including but not limited to wireless communications, digital transformation, system infrastructure, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with clients' stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Lead or participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate ICT strategies, recommendations, and project progress to clients.

Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ICT trends, technologies, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identifying areas for optimization or enhancement.

Requirements:

Ph.D degree and excellent academic record required in telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience (min. 1 year) working in large international companies. Deep understanding of communication technologies, standards, and protocols, including GSM, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT will be a plus.

Strong understanding of business processes across various industries and demonstrated ability to align ICT strategies with business objectives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and develop actionable recommendations.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Experience with project development methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing ICT projects from inception to completion.

Proficiency in ICT concepts and technologies, including but not limited to enterprise systems, network infrastructure, cloud computing, and data analytics.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support project engagements.

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English, Chinese and Finnish
