This company is a highly successful and well-known tourism and travel company with their Irish office located in Dublin City Centre

They specialise in group tours, conferences and events, luxury leisure travel, individual travel and online travel.

Located in Dublin City Centre, Dublin 8

Hybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 days working from home).Working

Hours are Mon-Fri, 09.00-17.30.

About Your New German Customer Service Job

Account management and customer services for clients in Ireland and the UK

Client operations and ensuring department is running smoothly and efficiently

Full utilisation of the Tourplan system to generate all client and supplier communications also ensuring that the confirmed proposal is accurately reflected in Tourplan thereby facilitating a smooth and accurate accounting process.

Dealing with clients via phone, email, online chat and social media

Upselling and crossing where there are opportunities

Administration

Marketing

What Skills You Need for this German Customer Care Job

Written and spoke fluent German and English

At least 2 years’ experience in customer care within the Tourism industry

Good knowledge of the Irish and Scottish tourism industry products a distinct advantage

Third level qualification in Business, Tourism or Languages or relevant experience.

What’s on Offer with this German Customer Care Job

Salary of €32000.

Permanent Job.

Annual Bonus of €2,000.

23 Days of Paid Holidays.
