Elysium Healthcare has a network of 22 sites strategically placed across England and Wales. Annual salary: £19,000 WTE, will be pro-rated to Part Time hours Hours per week: 30 over Monday to Friday (ideally 6 hours per day) Our General Administrator - HR role involves: * Undertaking all administrative tasks within the Farndon Human Resources Department such as recruitment, starters, leavers HR related meetings. * Be the key person in the Department for co-ordinating all administration and data collection surrounding HR processes. * Ensuring compliance with all HR Policies & Procedures and Liaising with all disciplines, especially Operational HR and Head Office staff, on a regular basis on the delivery of HR practices and process. * Competently provide Admin support for the Finance Administrator. * Provide cover for Finance Admin for annual leave and sickness. * Monitoring own personal and professional development and seeking regular appraisal and review of performance and progress. * Undertaking any other tasks requested that are commensurate with the post. * Attending mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare To be successful as a HR Administrator, you’ll need: Qualifications * GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English, or equivalent (Essential) * GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in Mathematics, or equivalent (Essential) Skills/Knowledge * Demonstrated ability to display professional conduct at all times. * Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. * Ability to handle stressful situations. * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. * Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence are displayed in the accomplishment of all assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision. * HR administration experience in a similar role or HR related qualification (desirable) * Able to prioritise and work on own initiative to specific deadlines * Knowledge of working with systems to support HR and Finance Departments * Ability to prioritise duties and responsibilities.
