Vacancy for a experience and passionate  chefs de partie in a Nepalese and Indian  restaurant .

Preparing and cooking Nepalese and Indian food is essential. At least 4 years experience needed as   chef od any position  .

Full understanding of HACCP principles and guidelines is a must important , Certification in HACCP is preferred.

The position will act as an assistant to the Sous chef,  head chef and from time to time will require  to work in every section of kitchen ( tandoor oven , dessert section ,

curry prepararion , sauce preparation  and plating and garnishing too ).

The candidate must be able to Run the kitchen in the absence of the sous chef and the head chef.

must have good knowlege about an Indian and Nepalese food as well as  continental food too,  applying for a Junior sous chefs must require the following key assets.

Great cooking skills.

A cool head.

An ability to delegate appropriately.

Organisational flair.

A grasp of profit margins.
