BOMFA Ltd, trading as Bambino , 37 Stephen Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 T862, Ireland is seeking to hire a Chef De Partie or Senior Pizza Chef. The Main roles and responsibilities include :

Work with and help maintain our dough schedule

Record temperatures and follow our HACCP Plan

Help with all stages of preparation

-

Maintain a clean, food-safe environment

Open and bake pizzas

-

Garnish, and finish dishes on the pass

The desired candidate will have 2 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef/Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen/pizzeria. Preferably a culinary school graduate. The candidate should be HACCP Trained and have experience working either in baking or working with dough.
