Reporting to our Executive Chef and Head Chef, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring the highest culinary standards are consistently maintained. We're looking for someone who is not just skilled but also creative, passionate, and eager to learn new culinary techniques. You'll thrive in a pressurised , uphold our commitment to quality, and excel in communication and organisation.

What We Require:

Previous experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in a fast-paced A la Carte dining environment.

HACCP training and a deep understanding of food hygiene standards.

Completion of a kitchen apprentice or chef qualification.

Full rights to work in Ireland, along with fluency in English.
