The  Cargo Manager is responsible for:

- Structured Sales Visits to customers to maintain and enlarge current business share

- Be Customer oriented with ecellent communication skills

- Work for and optimize opportunities for allotments

- Biannual issuance of Standard Rates Sheet

- Negotiate Promotional Rates

- Increase penetration and production of special products

- Be well informed and updated about market news and changes

- Prepare Sales Plan, support reviews, reach goals and implement corrective actions

- Secure measures to reach assigned budgets and activate actions

- Ensure correct communication flow

- Usage and update of one CRM, SRS

- Promote all available sales channels

- Represent Swiss WorldCargo

- Constant monitoring of assigned targets

- Monitor customer’s production via Customer MIS and take corrective measures

- Share CSS results and implement corrective actions

- Motivate staff and be recognized as a strong and fair leader

- Organize training, own and of staff

- Arrange regular Quality and Security meetings with the handling agents

- Cooperate closely with all internal departments

- Support procurement

Ihr Profil:

The ideal  Cargo Manager should meet the following requirements:

- High School Certificate required

- One year experience in the air cargo industry (forwarder, airline or both)

- Sales and marketing experience

- Experience in Leadership

- Excellent Greek and English language required

- IT applications: MS word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills

- Work in a structured approach

- Ability to think global and on a higher level

- High degree of flexibility and resistant to stress

- Target oriented

- Takes ownership to assigned projects and tasks

- Team leader and motivator

- Open minded and positive attitude

- Discrete

- Practice multicultural sensibility

*Must possess a legal work permit in Greece
