Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Visitor Experience Leadership:

Lead and facilitate engaging tours and tastings for visitors, providing in-depth knowledge about our products and

distillation processes.

Train, supervise, mentor staff members in delivering exceptional visitor experiences, ensuring consistency and

quality standards are met.

Design and curate immersive tourist experiences at the brand home, incorporating historical narratives, interactive

elements, and engaging activities to captivate visitors and enhance brand awareness.

Oversee the Daily running of the tours and experiences.

Knowledge of Whiskey, Gin, and Irish History:

Maintain a deep understanding of whiskey and gin production techniques, flavor profiles, and industry trends.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of Irish history, particularly as it relates to the distillation of spirits.

Develop innovative cocktail recipes that align with brand identity and market trends, ensuring consistency and

quality across all offerings while maintaining a keen eye for presentation and taste.

Retail Shop Management:

Oversee the operations of the retail shop, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the shopping experience for visitors.

Ensure effective visual merchandising and appropriate stock levels for all sale items.

Good knowledge of ePOS systems and reporting.

Event and Experience Planning Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite events and experiences including product launches, tastings, workshops and

special occasions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics and successful outcomes.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted event campaigns aimed at key international markets.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the distillery's brand and visitor experiences targeted at

both local and international audiences.

Report to Operations Manager monthly on campaign performance against KPI’s, identifying opportunities to

drive actionable insights

Create engaging content across various platforms to attract and engage with our audience.

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online reputation.

Produce high-quality written and visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials.

Capture and share captivating stories, behind-the-scenes insights, and historical anecdotes related to whiskey, gin,

and Irish heritage

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in History, specifically Irish or American preferred.

7+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

2+ years of previous experience in visitor experience leadership, preferably in a distillery.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
