We are looking for an Accommodation and Utility Platform Site Manager, to manage the EPC execution work for the new Tyra TEH Accommodation and Utility Module. Tyra is Denmark’s largest gas field. A full redevelopment will restore the infrastructure that processes 90% of Denmark’s North Sea gas. After more than 30 years of production the Tyra field requires redevelopment because of the subsidence of the chalk reservoir. This has led to the Tyra platforms sinking by around 5 metres since production started, and has reduced the gap between the sea and the platform decks. Maersk Oil and it partners in the Danish Underground Consortium (DUC) are committed to progress a full redevelopment plan for the Tyra field. A full redevelopment will restore important North Sea gas infrastructure of pipelines and platforms. Tyra will continue to be the hub for export of Danish North Sea gas to shore. The new asset ensures continued production from the Tyra field and the surrounding satellite fields. It also enables future projects and production of oil and gas volumes from the DUC license area as well as third party projects in the North part of the Danish North Sea. We Offer Joining Maersk Oil as part of the Tyra Future Project, you will be part of a highly experienced team that are delivering innovative technical capabilities to ensure successful redevelopment of the field. You will get to lead a cross-functional team, managing the EPC execution work for the new Tyra TEG Process Module, flare tower and two pipe bridges. This position will initially be based in Esbjerg, Denmark with regular travel to site. As the project progresses the role may move to Site as part of continued operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the executional part of EPC Contract for the TEH Accommodation and Utility Module, including HSE, quality, certification, schedule and cost ensuring that: Facilities are designed in strict compliance with MO technical requirements Equipment is ordered in strict compliance with MO technical requirements Construction work including mechanical completion and commissioning is executed in strict compliance with MO technical requirements Contractor and all subcontractors works according agreed HSE policies and procedures including the MO incident free mind-set and the MO Life Saving Rules. Work is executed in strict compliance with Contractual wording Work is delivered without any punch at the agreed date of delivery. Tasks: Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the Facilities Delivery Manager. Proactive involvement in EPC activities. Any relevant observations / non-conformances are immediately reported to the Facilities Delivery Manager. Take initiatives and advise Tyra Future Facilities Delivery Manager at the right time through foresight. Ensure that all dispositions/decisions within the area of responsibility are made in accordance with the policies of Maersk Oil. Manage the Maersk Oil site team: Daily management of entire MO site team. Assure that all members are involved in all relevant activities and are engaged in their work and team. Manage relevant assurance activities: Developed engineering has been subject to Maersk Oil Assurance processes. Developed engineering has been subject to HAZID’s and HAZOP’s as required.
