Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Systems and Quality Administrator to join our client in Carlton-in-Lindrick on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Systems Manager and Systems Auditor in the overall operations and coordination of the Systems Management Department. Duties will include but not restricted to: • Raising, updating and approving all internal specifications, actions and procedures • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all system records on computer programmes and hard copy • Ensuring customer complaints are logged and handled within appropriate timescale • Providing cover for controlling calibration systems in the absence of the designated person • Ensuring non-conformances are recorded and appropriate colleagues alerted • Preparing and coordinating validation data for new products or changes to existing products Hours of work: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week. Person Specifications Desired skills and attributes for the successful candidate: • Previous experience working within a similar role • Knowledge of Quality Systems eg ISO9001 desirable • An organised and methodical approach to their workload • Good attention to detail • The ability to use own initiative • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Benefits Temporary to permanent opportunity Free Parking To apply, please call Sarah on 01909 482277 or email a CV to .
