Support Worker Position: We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers for our clients in Morpeth and surrounding areas through our Newcastle branch. You will be caring for our clients in care, nursing and residential homes throughout the local area. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring each individual you encounter receives an excellent standard of care that meets their personal care plan. You will promote the independence of service users, enabling them to live fulfilling lives, partaking in their favourite activities.You will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent, shifts can include days, nights and/or weekends this means you could be working for more than one home in the local area and should be willing to work at short notice. A driver would be ideal due to the various locations of the clients but not a requirement.
