About the department MARS Project Office is a project management department placed in Global Safety. Global Safety is globally responsible for patient safety and product quality in Novo Nordisk. MARS Project Office drives global strategic projects for Global Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs. We collaborate with internal and external partners with regard to implementation of new or updated IT systems and/or new or improved business processes. In your work you will get hands-on experience with best-practice project management methods and tools. You will be part of a young, dynamic department consisting of 14 employees including 2 colleagues located in Bangalore, India. The professional backgrounds in the department are diverse, including IT project management and management consulting. The position As a student assistant in MARS Project Office, you will assist project managers. Your tasks will vary widely and include analyses, information gathering, making presentations and administrative work. Qualifications You are a student within IT, Pharma, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. You have an interest in IT, project management and pharma. You are among the best in your class, proficient in English, with profound analytical skills and are used to working both independently and in teams. Finally, you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and a good sense of humour.
