Join a great strategic planner team You will be part of the Global Strategic Planner Team of 10 strategic planners in the LEGO Group´s global advertising agency with 400 employees based in Denmark, USA and China. Our mission is to bring LEGO experiences to the world by developing communication strategies, creative concepts and global campaigns across all platforms. You will be based in Billund, Denmark and serve as a key creative and strategic team player. Your specific tasks will be to: - Solve strategic business and communication problems by defining the real problem, focusing on the essence and bringing implementable solutions to the table - Serve as our expert on creative insights and communication to children and parents, challenging established communication strategies and helping clients and stakeholders to better reach the target group - Translate our huge amount of consumer data into insights that will inspire and ignite awesome communication strategies, creative concepts and innovative play experiences to kids and parents globally. - Combine strategy, planning, digital creativity and target group insights and apply these to ignite and inspire the creative teams in their work The pride of creation You play a significant role in our mission of inspiring the builders of tomorrow. Strong creative and strategic profile As a LEGO Fan, you are open-minded and eager to learn. At the same time, you are not afraid to challenge established processes and bring new energy to the department. You are able to think both creatively and commercially - based on insight, and you enjoy the ping-pong of team and stakeholder interaction. - You have a relevant higher degree. - You have 3-5 years of strategic or creative planning experience from advertising agency, broadcast channel or a design company. - You are very curious by nature and passionate about consumer and human behaviour. - You speak and write English at a high level.
