We are looking for experienced, team-oriented, motivated and committed Senior Managers (m/w) to further strengthen our practice in our Program & Project Management Competency (PPM) in Zurich & Basel. Tasks that you promote Manage / lead large business and IT transformation programs within complex multi-national environments with a strong focus in Life Sciences, Healthcare and Consumer Products & Retail Play a key role in the growth of the Program and Project Management competency including opportunities to coach/mentor individuals, develop thought leadership materials, shape new content for the EY PPM methods, delivering training and supporting knowledge sharing across EY Participate in / lead the development of Program and Project Management propositions as well as client proposals Collaborate closely with colleagues from other Performance Improvement competencies and other Sub-Service Lines Your profile to succeed together University degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally enhanced by international work / study experience in an area relevant to program management, e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile More than 12 years of full-time relevant working experience A track record of successfully managing and leading the delivery of complex projects / programs in relevant industry sectors International experience of relevant industry trends e.g. implementation of electronic health records would be beneficial Knowledge of transformation processes, including requirements definition, business process re-engineering, solution delivery and business enablement Knowledge and experience of designing, implementing and using enterprise PPM tools (e.g. Microsoft suite, Clarity) Fluent in English and (optionally) German Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible working style within a multi-national team More opportunities for your development Do you have challenging plans?
