About the department Client Services is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk, which employee’s approximately 740 highly skilled IT professionals. The department with 13 employees is responsible for Service Management of global end-user facing IT services. Among other things, we support virtual collaboration solutions, provide mobile device solutions and manage desktops and software distribution. We are dedicated to deliver optimal IT services supporting the Novo Nordisk users in creating value. The position We are looking for an experienced senior IT architect. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Unified Communication platforms based on Cisco videoconferencing/Telepresence systems and Skype for Business. The solutions are today based on premise infrastructure and an important part of the job is to define migration strategies to hybrid cloud solutions. This job requires a technical leader profile who can take a technological and strategic lead. As a senior IT architect, you will work closely with the other IT architects and IT Service managers across the Global IT organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that communication and collaboration technologies are utilised to support the global collaboration internally in Novo Nordisk and externally with partners. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a master degree in IT or relevant field and has a strong proven track record with 8-10 years of strong technical understanding of and experiences within Unified Communication from a global organisation. You have a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally. You can transform business needs, IT requirements and services. You are able to explain technology trends and recommend principles for global use. Furthermore you bring a good understanding of the end-user perspective, and solid vendor management experiences. As a person you are considered as an energetic, an enthusiastic, and engaging team player, who also manage to work independently and have a high level of integrity and accountability. You thrive in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment. You are structured and can apply a methodical and analytical approach to solving tasks and have a strong sense of responsibility for meeting objectives.
