Do you like working in agile teams with a large degree of knowledge sharing? Then you should join us as Requirement Manager within the R&D function Software Solutions! In Software Solutions, we develop PC, Mobile and Cloud products supporting the modern and highly complex hearing care products. Our software solutions enable the Hearing Care Professional to fit the hearing devices and present advanced features towards the customer in the most optimal way. The Job As our new Requirement Manager, you will join the Business Analyst team, which is the main driver in documenting the requirements for our designs and solutions in the different software. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our documentations are in accordance with standards and regulations. You will be the expert in the requirement framework and way of working with requirements. You will also play a key role in maintaining and improving the requirement engineering process in the cross-organizational requirement group within R&D. Furthermore, you will be dealing with the following tasks: •Facilitating formal requirement reviews with stakeholders •Ensuring consistency between requirements and traceability to test and verification •Handling each software release formal documentations in regards to requirements - this includes transparent planning and communication with key stakeholders •On-going maintenance of the requirement database to ensure good structure and quality •Being the expert in the requirement engineering process in order to support Business Analysts on issues that arise during a project on our development sites in Denmark and Poland •Being the expert in the requirement management tool in order to handle administration You can look forward to a position with large involvement and diversity throughout your workdays. Your qualifications and personal competencies You hold a BSc or MSc in Engineering and have 2-3 years of work experience within a relevant field. You are likely to have a software background and preferably a specialisation in systems –and requirements engineering. Preferably, you hold a certificate within requirement engineering, like IREB. We also expect you to have experience in working with requirement management systems and product development. You are furthermore structured and you thrive by working with standard procedures and good documentation practices. You come across proactive, self-confident and have an agile mind-set. We offer a position with a broad interface with many stakeholders leaving you with the opportunity to communicate broadly and establish a large network. You should therefore show good cooperation skills with focus on reaching a conclusion. You are fluent in both spoken and written English, which is the corporate language.
