DuPont Nutrition & Health (N&H) is looking for a marketing manager to lead its Beverage & Nutritional Bars Industry team in EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa). The marketing manager is responsible for driving a cross-functional team through the development and implementation of a 3-year Industry plan to grow N&H sales in the Beverages & Nutritional Bars industries. The marketing manager is directly responsible for the execution of the marketing tactics defined in the Industry plan and involved in customer facing activities. This is a challenging and visible role in one of N&H strategic industries. The candidates will need to demonstrate their potential to become the trusted partner of multiple internal stakeholders (e.g. product management, sales, innovation, and communication), to gain commitment at all levels in the organization to turn plans into actions, and to engage customers by developing and presenting insightful marketing content. This position reports to the Regional Marketing Leader for N&H in EMEA. Responsibilities · Lead the EMEA Beverages & Nutritional Bars industry team in the development of a 3-year industry plan. Build on industry insights, strategies of N&H business units and N&H overall capabilities to define key initiatives, tactics and resources required to defend and grow N&H business in Beverages & Nutritional Bars · Drive the roll-out of the Industry plan by facilitating execution workshops with sub-regional sales teams in EMEA · Execute personally some of the initiatives included in the industry plan, in particular marketing tactics. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Marketing campaigns and present these campaigns to key accounts and during customer seminars · Plan and manage the market/consumer research needed to develop the industry plan and the marketing campaigns · Monitor and report on the execution of the Industry plan to the Europe and TMEAP (Turkey, Middle-East, Africa, Pakistan) leadership teams on a quarterly basis. Track progress against industry financials targets, opportunity pipeline targets and milestones for key initiatives. Highlight corrective actions required and decisions to be made · Support the key account managers in the development of roadmaps to grow N&H business at Beverages & Nutritional Bars regional key accounts. Execute marketing tactics at these regional key accounts and develop relationships with their marketing departments · Leverage interaction with external and internal stakeholders to collect industry insights, derive implications for N&H and recommend actions to support N&H growth ambitions in the Beverages & Nutritional Bars Industries Job Qualifications Essential · Minimum 7 years of commercial experience (marketing, sales, business development) · Strong communication skills. Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful marketing campaigns to customers · Excellent listening, analytical and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to collect insights (qualitative/quantitative), generate conclusions and drive discussions with key stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate solutions · Engagement, leadership and high-level of energy · Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional project teams · Strong interpersonal skills to connect people from different part of the organization, foster collaboration and manage potential conflicts to move things forward and drive execution · Highly developed written and verbal communication in English · High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel Desirable · Master’s degree in marketing or business-related field · Strong knowledge of strategic and operational marketing fundamentals · Experience in building and executing marketing plans · Bachelor/Master’s degree in food sc
